What was the project?

As the Workplace Experience Lead at an NYC-based healthcare fintech company, I project managed their office relocation process from moving out of their existing office and coordinating temporary co-working arrangements during the construction time period, to opening their new 48,000 sq ft headquarters and finalizing punch list items with the general contractor.

What was the end result of the project?

After four months of construction, we could open the new headquarters on schedule with a few minor tasks remaining that the general contractor had to resolve. Our capacity was at 200+, which gave the company a great opportunity to grow as the office headcount upon move-in was around 135.
