📃 Context.
Daimler Trucks is the world's largest commercial vehicle manufacture, with over 35 main locations worldwide and approximately 100,000 employees. Their workshop technicians are facing the following issues:
inefficient wok systems
weak work predictability
paperwork at the end of the day

📊 Challenge 1: Kanban overview & Case details
As a technician, I want to see all the leads that that we have on the workshop in a single place. I want to quickly filter them, add a new lead and open an existing lead, all of them from the same interface.

Once the design decisions were made, they were validated with the team and presented to stakeholders, followed by user testing sessions with technicians.
🖥️ Challenge 2: CMD - Central Maintenance Documentation
As a technician, I want to document the vehicle maintenance in a new app that allows me to complete create, edit and print the vehicle maintenance for the customer at the workshop.
✏️ Challenge 3: Edit case history
As a technician I want to edit a maintenance history and I need to see the edit request status to can continue my work.
Once a technician create an edit request for a maintenance history, the request should be accepted or rejected by a supervisor.
🚧 The Process.
Each design decision was validated with the team and pushed up to the business and stakeholders. Once we decided to invest in it, it came with sessions of research, interviews, and user testing to validate our work
After intense weeks of interviews and user testing, results don't hesitate to come. Some noticeable results from the research are:
✨ Outcomes.
Time was short, but I took the initiative, and we succeeded in delivering the apps on time and respected the roadmap. Our work had positively impacted the business and satisfied the customers.
