At Canva we track our bugs and tickets using Zendesk. When a customer files a ticket, one of our customer happiness team members will break down the nature of the ticket into whether it is a new feature request, a bug, or just a comment. A feature that many users were asking for was the ability to move multiple designs at a time. User's are able to create folders to sort their designs. They can then move their designs into these folder to organize them. My task was to create a flow for moving multiple designs at a time.
