Webflow Migration & Development for Shit2Power

Shit2Power is a Berlin sustainability startup turning sewage treatment plants into a source of renewable energy.
Their WordPress site wasn't keeping up with investor conversations. Shit2Power needed to move fast, migrate to Webflow, and come out the other side with something credible enough for fundraising.
What I built
Migrated the site from WordPress to Webflow and rebuilt it on a responsive 12/6 column grid with a Figma-based style guide using Client-First conventions.
Added light scroll animations and improved navigation, accessibility, and SEO. Assets compressed and optimized throughout.
Outcome
PageSpeed 90 on desktop. Client was happy enough to discuss expanding the single landing page into a full multi-page site.
