ADLC — Working Proof of Concept

A working proof-of-concept for a workflow-driven development lifecycle where the workflow owns progress and agents perform bounded cognitive work. It coordinates specification, planning, plan review, implementation, deterministic validation, independent code review, CI, and governed escalation. It is already used to evolve its own codebase. This is active R&D, not a client-deployed commercial product; some described capabilities remain partial or planned.
