In just four months, I developed and executed the social media launch strategy for Lux Gym, a luxury bodybuilding and performance space in Dublin, California. The gym officially opened its doors on September 12th, 2025, but months before opening day, our social media presence had already built momentum and anticipation.

My strategy centered on content-driven storytelling, using engaging short-form videos and high-quality posts to document the process of building the gym. By transforming construction updates into polished, cinematic content, we created a sense of exclusivity and invited the audience to feel part of the journey. This approach built excitement, credibility, and a loyal following eager to join even before the launch.

Alongside consistent organic content, I implemented a small yet highly targeted paid ad strategy to amplify our reach. This combination of organic growth and precise advertising positioned Lux Gym as a premium fitness destination, ultimately driving over 200 memberships sold before the grand opening.
The outcome was a high-impact social media launch that transformed Lux Gym into a recognizable brand before its doors ever opened, demonstrating how a strong digital presence can directly fuel sign-ups, brand awareness, and long-term growth.
