Overview
Devzery is a B2B SaaS platform focused on developer tooling and QA workflows.
The objective of this engagement was not immediate sales, but to build a scalable SEO foundation that could drive long-term organic visibility and traffic.
I partnered with the team during the early phase to design the SEO strategy, structure, and execution roadmap, which later became the base for sustained growth.

The Challenge
When I joined, Devzery faced common early-stage SEO challenges:
No clear keyword strategy or search intent mapping
Pages not structured for discoverability
No long-term content direction
SEO is treated as a one-time task rather than a system
The goal was clear:
Build visibility and traffic through SEO - not quick wins, but compounding growth.
My Role & Responsibility
I worked as a strategy and direction partner, responsible for:
Designing the complete SEO roadmap
Defining keyword and content strategy
Creating execution guidelines and documentation
Training and guiding the in-house SEO execution
While I did not execute day-to-day SEO tasks myself, the strategy and framework I designed were implemented consistently and became the foundation for the results shown.

1. SEO Audit & Opportunity Mapping
Evaluated site structure, pages, and existing content
Identified gaps in search intent coverage
Prioritized informational growth over transactional keywords (as per business goals)
2. Keyword & Content Framework
Built a scalable keyword system targeting:

Educational and discovery-stage queries
Mapped keywords to future content clusters
Focused on long-tail and mid-competition opportunities
3. On-Page & Structural Guidance
Page hierarchy and internal linking principles
Content structure guidelines for better crawlability
Clear documentation so execution could scale without bottlenecks
4. Execution Guidance & Mentorship
Provided ongoing guidance during the initial months
Reviewed progress and corrected direction where needed
Ensured the strategy stayed aligned with long-term growth, not vanity metrics
