This system identifies competency gaps in Philippine LGUs, automating data visualization and reporting from a week-long manual process to seconds with VBA code. My work cut the overall process from seven days to one, enabling data analysis and visualization within an hour after discussions, thus speeding up decision-making. This semi-automated solution greatly enhances efficiency in identifying and addressing competency gaps.
