Built a WhatsApp-first CRM for modern service businesses - combining AI-powered conversation management with full client, invoice, and analytics capabilities.
The Problem:
Service businesses were managing leads across WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and scattered tools - no single source of truth for conversations, payments, or follow-ups.
The Solution:
A unified CRM dashboard built around the WhatsApp conversation flow. Every client thread is enriched with AI-assisted reply suggestions, context-aware prompts, read receipts, and typing indicators - styled after Linear and Intercom's minimal design language.
Key Features:
→ AI reply suggestions using a RAG-based engine for contextual responses
→ Client and lead management with full conversation history
→ Invoice creation and payment tracking
→ Analytics dashboard: conversion rate, message volume, payment completion
→ Dark/light minimal UI with Framer Motion micro-interactions
