Overview
The AI-Powered WhatsApp CRM reimagines client communication for the modern service business. It blends CRM efficiency with the familiar flow of WhatsApp chats , creating one central hub for managing leads, conversations, and transactions in real time.
Core Experience
The platform features a WhatsApp-style conversation dashboard enhanced with AI. Every message thread is enriched with context-aware response suggestions, typing indicators, and read receipts - all wrapped in a sleek, dark-on-light minimal layout inspired by Linear and Intercom.
Beyond chat, users can manage clients, invoices, and analytics in a clean dashboard with interactive charts that visualize performance metrics like conversion rate, message volume, and payment completion.
Technology Stack
Frontend: Next.js 15.3.1 with TypeScript
Styling: Tailwind CSS + Framer Motion + Radix UI
Auth: NextAuth.js (email/password, JWT sessions)
AI Layer: RAG-based engine for contextual auto-replies
Data: Axios + custom React hooks for client/conversation states
My Role
Concept, UX/UI Design Direction, Prompt Engineering (Lovable AI), and System Architecture.
