A US ecommerce business was listing products manually across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. Every listing was created by hand, one marketplace at a time. The team was spending hours on repetitive data entry instead of growing the business.

What I built
A custom automation system that replaced the manual pipeline:
One source of truth in Google Sheets: product data lives in one place, structured and normalized
Data normalization: raw product info cleaned and formatted to each marketplace's requirements automatically
AI-assisted image research: AI models find and evaluate product images, reducing manual sourcing
Marketplace-ready listing generation: one product entry becomes three marketplace-optimized listings
eBay API publishing: listings pushed directly via API with error handling and status tracking
Amazon and Walmart workflows: structured output ready for bulk upload or API integration
Human approval queues: nothing publishes without a team member reviewing and approving
Result
Repetitive listing work replaced by an automated pipeline. One team managing multiple channels from one place. New products go from data entry to marketplace-ready in minutes instead of hours.
