An annual report is an important communication from a company to its stakeholders. When The Community Roundtable hired me to design its annual report, “The State of Community Management 2019,” they already had much of the content and data.

Their primary concern, as stated in the creative brief: “We’re looking for someone who can think creatively about how to depict data (in the form of infographics) and can make a clean research report.”

Working with a single point of contact, we collaborated on an infographic approach for a few pages that would highlight their data and point readers very quickly to those data points. This approach aligned with their brand guidelines, including their color palette and typefaces.

The final product is a readable, coherent, and cohesive piece that reinforces the brand of The Community Roundtable while also reaching the stakeholders with the most important data in a memorable way.
