I worked with the Director of Bluebird Nanny Agency from May 2020 - June 2021. I took the role of Social Media and Marketing Assistant where I took full control and responsibility over the companies social media presence.
Logo Design + Web Design
Bluebird Nanny Agency was a business trying to navigate the world of COVID when I started. The company had no distinct logo, a fully formed website or any social media presence at all.
I worked to create a logo for the company taking inspiration from the name Bluebird Nanny Agency. The director and I director decided on a clean logo which used blue as the main colour but also a pop of green to catch attention.
I also developed the website from scratch and took the lead in updating it weekly with job roles.
Social Media Management
Bluebird Nanny Agency did not have a strong social media presence therefore from scratch I worked to build there following, engagement and client leads from Facebook and Instagram.
Overall I:
Increased social media followers by planning and creating content which generated 2-3 client leads per week. Facebook was a key platform for targeting parents and nannies through Facebook groups.
Measured engagement rates, impressions, and website traffic to form a social media strategy that increased reach by 70%.
Designed all content using Photoshop and Canva
Print Design
As well as managing social media platforms and updating the website I also created flyers for the agency to be posted to schools and parents.
Enisha is hardworking, conscientious, disciplined and extremely creative. She was able to build up Bluebird Nanny Agency's Facebook and website pages and took direction very well. She did such an amazing job with our blogs and took the time to research and share tips in an authentic and innovative way. I highly recommend her. 🚀
