KCI Fencing Solutions is a sister concern of a well-established, innovative agricultural machinery manufacturer based in Coimbatore, India. With a strong focus on online marketing, their existing website was falling short with a poor user interface, outdated content, low value communication, and accessibility issues.

I redesigned the website, addressing the user experience problems and revamping the user interface by improving the layout, incorporating LottieFiles and Spline 3D elements, and eliminating accessibility errors. The goal was to enhance the user experience, highlight the value and strengths of the manufacturer, and ultimately improve user confidence to convert visitors into customers.

1. Stakeholder Interview: An in-depth discussion with one of the co-founders to understand business priorities, customer needs, website issues, and expectations from the redesign.

2. User Research & Insights: Gathered qualitative insights from interviews and user testing with potential customers. This was supplemented by social media analysis and competitor research to understand user pain points and expectations.

3. Content Audit: Analyzed the existing site content based on

Relevancy – Does it answer users' questions at the right time?

Readability – Is it easy to scan, understand, and meaningful?

Findability – Can users quickly find what they’re looking for?

Accuracy – Is the content current and contextually correct?

Alignment – Does it reflect brand values and business goals?

4. Framer Design & Iteration: Redesigned the website directly in Framer using updated content and visual components. Based on stakeholder feedback, multiple iterations were made to align with both business goals and user expectations.

Before going live, a small user survey was conducted to test the effectiveness of the redesign. Results showed clear improvements across key metrics.
