Project Overview

In this project, I enhanced the email marketing strategy for a home goods brand, driving significant revenue growth and improving customer engagement.

What I Did

Klaviyo Optimization: Optimized the Klaviyo platform by refining existing workflows and implementing new sign-up forms to capture more leads effectively.
Automated Email Flows: Built 8 targeted email flows, including welcome sequences, abandoned cart recovery, and post-purchase follow-ups to nurture customer relationships and boost conversions.
Campaign Execution: Designed and executed engaging email and SMS campaigns, leveraging strategic research, a well-defined roadmap, and weekly A/B testing with fresh creative angles.
Deliverability Improvements: Increased email deliverability rates, ensuring more messages reached customers’ inboxes, which directly enhanced engagement and click-through rates.

Results

Generated $150K in revenue in one year, with $90K of it achieved in Q4 alone.
Boosted customer engagement and retention, driving the brand’s e-commerce success.
