The Build
I built an AI-powered content pipeline that turns a single keyword input into a professional blog draft.
The workflow:
User inputs a target keyword into Notion
Make triggers a research sequence: top-ranking competitor content is pulled and analyzed for structure, themes, and gaps
OpenAI generates a full blog draft with proper heading hierarchy, keyword placement, and meta description
The draft lands in Google Docs, formatted and ready for human editing
Notion logs the status, keyword, and publish date for editorial tracking
The system doesn't replace the writer. It replaces the 3-4 hours of research and first-draft grunt work so the writer can focus on voice, nuance, and final polish.
The Result
Content production time dropped from 5 hours to under 45 minutes per post.
The client scaled from 2 posts/month to 8 without adding headcount.
Every draft came pre-optimized for search, with consistent structure and keyword coverage.
