IntroLink is a professional networking app built on top of Telegram, specially designed for the Web3 community.
IntroLink turns your Telegram network into a business development tool, enabling personal, referral-based connections that replace cold outreach. Build meaningful relationships and gain trusted introductions at scale.
IntroLink is a platform where people can create networks, meet others, and earn rewards. It incentivizes individuals to make warm introductions between two parties, ensuring a win-win for everyone.

Problem
Nowadays, most Web3 connections, conversations, and communities are on Telegram or Discord.
Trust Issues: Founders, employees, or other individuals are unable to build trust with others due to the lack of accessible profile history, such as where someone has worked before, where they are working now, or their background.
Switch to Other Platforms: Users often need to switch to other platforms like LinkedIn to view profiles and build trust before engaging in conversations.
Unprofessional Culture: Conversations on Telegram are often unprofessional, with no organised system in place.
Rewards/Badges: There is no proper reward system for those who refer someone for a job or introduce people to each other.
Solution
Our goal is to ensure users can access everything in one place on Telegram. That's why we launched the IntroLink app on top of Telegram.
Trust Issues: With IntroLink, users can instantly check the profile of anyone they want to connect with. They can view past and present work history, social links, projects, and more, helping them build trust and connections directly on the platform.
No Need to Switch Platforms: Users no longer need to switch to other platforms like LinkedIn to check someone's profile. Everything they need is available on IntroLink.
Professionalism: Where IntroLink goes, professionalism follows. Users interact in a more professional manner, as they have access to each other's profiles.
Earn Rewards: Users can earn money and top badges by contributing. For example, if someone introduces person X to person Y, both X and Y can give points to the introducer. These points lead to earning trusted badges, which further helps in building more connections and gaining trust.

This app is built for everyone who wants to grow their network in tech, Web3, Web2, etc. Whether you are a founder, employer, business developer, HR professional, or employee, anyone can use it and benefit from it.

Overview: The Request Intro module in the IntroLink app simplifies networking by allowing users to request introductions to specific people, companies, or criteria-based contacts. Accessible via a highlighted blue "+" icon in the navbar, the process is intuitive and streamlined.

Specific Person: Connect with a particular individual.
Specific Company: Request intros to anyone within a target company.
Criteria-Based: Find contacts based on industry, role, skills, or location.
Customizable Details: Add subject, bio, goals, and optional messages for introducers.
Flexible Payment: Multiple options, including Crypto, Apple Pay, Credit Card, and Google Pay.
Smooth Navigation: Fixed "Next" button and clear confirmation messages.
Tracking: Post-request tracking via the Track feature.
Impact: Enables meaningful connections with minimal effort, providing tailored introduction workflows for professional networking goals.

Overview: The Track Module is for managing introduction requests with tabs, filters, and actionable insights.
Key Features:
Categorized Tabs: Person-Specific, Company-Specific, and Criteria-Based.
Filters & Sorting: By status, date, and type.
Request Details: Progress bar, introducer lists, and dedicated actions like "Confirm Introduction" and feedback.
Feedback System: Two-way feedback with clear workflows and notifications.
Impact: Simplified request tracking, enhanced user engagement, and streamlined workflows through an intuitive, structured interface.
Requests Module
Overview: The Requests Module helps manage introduction requests through Referral (for introducers) and Meet (for target persons) tabs. It allows users to track, filter, and manage requests efficiently, with options for submitting introductions and providing feedback.

Search & Filter for easy navigation.
Detailed Views for requests with options to submit introductions and give feedback.

Design Blueprints for New Features
Designed a feature enabling users to stake tokens on profiles to boost credibility and earn rewards. Key highlights:
Self & Peer Staking: Signal trust by staking on your profile or others.
Rewards & Boosts: Earn token yields and enhance reputation scores.
Accountability: Slashing penalties for fraudulent activity.
On-Chain Integration: Uses blockchain for transparency, with wallet support and native token staking.
Developed a tier-based reputation system to encourage engagement and highlight user credibility. Key highlights:
Points & Percentile Ranking: Users earn points for actions like profile completion, social link verification, and introductions, with percentile-based reputation scores.
Tier Progression: Bronze to Platinum tiers with mandatory tasks and score caps, promoting consistent quality.
User Rewards: High ratings on introductions boost scores and unlock higher tiers.
Profile Display: Reputation scores, badges, and task progress are prominently shown.
Drives user activity, rewards high-quality interactions, and enhances platform trustworthiness.
