High Tea Social Media Marketing for a Luxury Hotel

Overview
During the height of the pandemic, I was part of the pioneer team for the Arte by Thomas Chan hotel launch in Mont Kiara. Being the only in-house designer, I designed everything from the hotel tour story, guest key card, website, IPTV, social media graphics, menus, signages, to the ceiling wallpaper and art directed the marketing campaigns photoshoot.
Spill the tea, sisters
The campaign introduced the Lady Venus High Tea set which symbolizes love, beauty and togetherness. This shot aimed to capture the cherished memories of the ladies dressing up and getting together for a fabulous afternoon tea. A secret garden tea party was the high tea photoshoot campaign concept which was inspired upon looking at the delicate and romantic Victorian decor, floral carpet and Dutch painting in the intimate Felicia's Lounge space.

The Outcome
The high tea posts have garnered so much attention which led to the hotel gaining popularity as one of the top Instagrammable afternoon tea spots in Kuala Lumpur. Despite the unpredictable pandemic restrictions, the hotel's unique branding made its launch a success with fully booked rooms during every event campaign.
Mother's Day
The campaign for the International Women’s Day, was inspired by slumber parties from chick flick movies to celebrate women’s friendship. The first 30 women guests were pampered to a Complimentary Women’s Day Self-Care Kit box which includes eye masks, scrunchies, chocolate and candy, attached with a personal greeting card as well as a coupon for a Signature Sugus Shooter or mocktail.
International Women's Day
From deciding the best dress, makeup and accessories, photo angles and poses, to colors and moods, I art directed the Valentine's Day campaign photoshoot. The concept was inspired by the art of romance in the 1920s of the Great Gatsby movie. For the Valentine's Day Cocktail, the city of love, Paris was the inspiration where the taste of macaroon and rose mixed into an intoxicating concoction. The couple danced the night away under the purple glowing high gothic arches.
