Junior and Senior girls were provided an opportunity to come to try on and get a prom dress that was donated by one of the community partners. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, only so many girls could try on dresses at the same time. I used Qualtrics to allow students to schedule an appointment. After we confirmed the time was available, I also send them follow-up reminders via email or SMS text message notifying them of their appointment.

Over 300 young ladies were served during their personal shopping experience. They all found a dress to help create a memory of a lifetime. Although this experience was somewhat limited based on time and COVID restrictions, we could safely schedule and accommodate all those who were interested.
