This assessment project explored a full transformation of a dated layout, reimagining a garage as an open-concept kitchen and living room; delivering a high-functioning bathroom remodel with boutique-level details. The exercise involved reworking spatial flow, integrating structural elements, and delivering professional-level drawings and visuals under tight constraints; just like a real client job.

This project allowed me to showcase both technical accuracy and creative adaptability. I balanced spatial logic with lifestyle enhancements; maximizing flow, visibility, and function. The bathroom design embraced a refined palette, layered textures, and modern matte black finishes.
