Building and Leading Lumo Team on Discord

Lumo Team is the largest short-form editing server on Discord, with over 30,000 members. We offer feedback channels, free presets, editing tutorials, community events, job opportunities, and a space to grow with like-minded creators. I founded and built the server from scratch, assembled and now lead a trusted moderation team, organized weekly calls and editing challenges, and helped hundreds of members land freelance work or improve their skills.
