Role: Social Media Content Manager
Context: CEMS-MIM academic program needed to connect with the local and international students at UAI (or those interested in spending their exchange semester at UAI Business School). They already had an Instagram account that needed management and the Facebook fan page had to be created from scratch.
Platforms: Instagram and Facebook
Objectives: Establish a voice and visual identity for strategic communication across all social media platforms based on what other CEMS schools do online.
Tasks: - Benchmark social media profiles across CEMS schools - Look for communication guidelines at CEMS alliance website - Create a content calendar with relevant information for the students - Write documentation on how to manage the account with research insights and templates
