Introduction
The project involved building a robust B2B marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers, facilitating product listing, order management, and quotation requests. The platform was designed to smooth the purchasing process for businesses while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and secure transactions.
Client Requirement
The client required a comprehensive marketplace solution where buyers could easily view products, track orders, and request quotations. Sellers needed tools to manage product listings, respond to inquiries, and handle orders. An admin dashboard was essential for overseeing the entire platform, including user management, KYC verification, and metrics tracking. Additionally, a smart filtering engine was required to enhance the product search experience, and multiple payment methods had to be integrated.
Deliverables
Buyer App: To view products, track orders, and request quotations.
Seller/Merchant App: For product management, order handling, and quotation creation.
Admin Dashboard: For managing users, verifying quotations, and tracking overall metrics.
Smart Filter Engine: To refine product search results.

Responsibilities
I led the development of the upgraded Daily Grubs web app, focusing on the following key areas:
Database Modeling: Designed the database structure to support complex subscription models and order tracking.
UI Development: Crafted a user-friendly interface for both the customer app and admin portal.
3rd Party API Integrations: Integrated communication channels like Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Slack.
Payment Gateway Integration: Set up and integrated various payment methods for seamless transactions.
Workflow Creation: Developed backend workflows to simplify complex processes and improve efficiency.
Feature Prioritization: Worked closely with the client to prioritize features based on business needs.
