Created and implemented an effective career ladder that was a clear, consistent, impact-based performance guide. Held individual performance conversations with every member of the team, sometimes working through their manager, to ensure consistent feedback was being given and proposed options for folks with an inflated title to balance retention desires alongside fair impact evaluations.
