Enhancing Music Entertainment Management with Intellitix

Intellitix, previously known as Crowdblink, has revolutionized the live event experience with its cutting-edge event platform. Specializing in cashless payments, access control, and ticketing, Intellitix has been recognized as one of the most innovative companies in the live events sector by Fast Company. With a history of enhancing over 15 million guest experiences at prestigious events like Coachella and Tomorrowland, Intellitix stands as a leader in its field.

Leveraging Tailwind UI to create a consistent design system enabled rapid development and scalability across different platforms, while ensuring the design was adaptable for both tablet and mobile devices, considering the on-the-go nature of live events.

I used User-Centered Design and design thinking frameworks to conduct thorough research, understanding the unique needs of each user group and leading to a design that was intuitive and easy to navigate. This approach also led to a Continuous Feedback Loop, where I implemented a system for collecting and analyzing user feedback, allowing for iterative improvements.

Streamlined workflow by redesigning the checkout process to minimize steps and reduce transaction time and optimized for efficiency by conducting user testing to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the checkout process.

Implemented high-contrast color schemes and adjustable brightness settings to ensure screen visibility under direct sunlight. Developed both light and dark mode interfaces to cater to different lighting conditions and user preferences.
