🎟 BUILDING A WEDDING MANAGEMENT APP 🎟

Wedding planners have to think about every detail of the wedding. Do they want an interactive experience? Do they need a projector? They don't know what's available and they're spending too much time figuring it out. We were brought in to design and develop a mobile experience that allows wedding hosts and attendees to create events from anywhere, send invites to attendees, manage the guest list and even collect RSVPs all with just a few taps on their phone.

The ToGather founder's goal is to build a scalable SaaS product that will allow its users to experience the ToGather brand across many verticals. With their MVP set to launch this Fall, our team is expected to deliver alpha and beta functionality within four two-week sprint cycles.

We led a product workshop to better understand the ToGathers goal. The workshop resulted in a clear 3-month roadmap and a decision to build the product under the Microservices architecture and organizational framework.
