TravUs is a travel company that aims to provide safe and quality international travel for people of color 👨🏽🦳🙍🏾♂️👧🏾🙍🏿♀️. We were pulled in to lead their customer research strategy and execution and build their clickable prototype.
It is assumed that everyone has the same travel needs. However, travelers of color must search far and wide to gather data that speaks to their unique needs. TravUs™ was created to assists travelers of color in finding experiences that are tailored to their identity. We were brought in to help the TravUs team conduct market research and build their clickable prototype.
We took a hypothesis-driven approach in studying the undervalued traveler of color. We gathered data through online surveys and conducted in-person and virtual usability tests. The basis of our propriety results emphasized the feasibility, desirability, and viability of TravUs product idea.
Following the delivery of the 10-page market research report and clickable prototype TravUs selected Dusseau + Co. as their lead development team. Development is in progress.
