Back in 2018, I began working with Kristin, the founder of One Stop Teacher Shop. A former teacher and homeschooler, Kristin had built an incredibly successful business on Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT), becoming one of the platform’s top sellers and generating over $1M per year in revenue. While thriving, her entire income depended on a third-party marketplace. She knew that if TPT ever changed its rules or shut down, her business could collapse overnight.

Kristin approached me with the goal of diversifying her business by creating her own independent website. She wanted full ownership over her brand and the ability to control her revenue streams without relying solely on TPT. I explored options including Thinkific, Teachable, WordPress, and Kajabi, ultimately recommending Kajabi as the most scalable and flexible platform for her vision. Kristin agreed, and together we launched a brand-new site: OneStopPlannerShop.com.

I guided Kristin through the platform evaluation and strategy, helping her understand how Kajabi’s all-in-one system could power both her sales and her customer experience. We worked through the architecture of her site, product setup, and customer journey to create a seamless purchasing process for her teacher resources. The goal was to build a site that not only looked professional but was also optimized for conversion and long-term growth.

We launched OneStopPlannerShop.com, a Kajabi-powered storefront for Kristin’s growing line of teacher planners. Since then, the site has generated hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue and has become a stable, independent pillar of her business alongside TPT. Beyond the initial build, Kristin and I have continued to collaborate for several years on consulting, marketing strategy, and funnel optimization, ensuring her business remains strong and resilient.
