A full team effort across the board. This effort was the first of many projects that I had the privilege to work on with City National Rochdale, a Wealth Management team with City National Bank, an RBC company. I was not only involved with the digital designs, interactions and photography – but also coordinating with multiple teams of QA, Developers, Designers and Executives for approvals. Our audience handles clients that are north of 1 Million in high-net-worth.

In 2020, we released a new product design for our Portfolio Managers (https://dwp.cnr.com/) based on a 20-yr-old in-house software application called Galaxy. Essentially, the new focus of this release was not only a redesign of the UI, but the Information Architecture that now allows APIs and redirection of userflows to encourage “goal focused” portfolio management.
