Hormn is a telehealth platform that helps people access hormone-related treatment quickly, discreetly, and with real medical support — connecting patients with licensed doctors through a fully online experience that covers hormone health, weight management, and sexual wellness. For this project, the work covered both the brand identity and the full website design, with the goal of making a sensitive, often stigmatized category of healthcare feel approachable, trustworthy, and easy to navigate. The core design challenge was balancing medical credibility with warmth and discretion — the platform needed to feel like a legitimate, doctor-backed service rather than a generic wellness brand, while still putting anxious or uncertain users at ease from the first screen. The brand identity was built around a calm, modern visual language — soft color palette, approachable typography, and clean iconography — designed to reduce the clinical coldness typical of healthcare products without undermining trust. That identity carried through into the website itself, guiding users clearly through the full patient journey: completing a health assessment, understanding personalized treatment plans, and getting medication delivered, with ongoing doctor access built into the flow. Every step of the UX was designed to reduce friction and translate complex medical topics into plain, reassuring language, replacing the traditional "waiting room" experience with clear guidance and a sense of continuous, accessible care. The result is a brand and website that make it easy for users to feel confident seeking treatment, from their very first visit through ongoing follow-ups.
