A technical writing education brand and its founder needed a consistent, high-performing LinkedIn presence to grow their audience of technical writers, UX writers, and professional writers.
Despite having strong expertise and a clear brand, both the company page and the founder's personal profile faced common growth barriers: inconsistent posting, low engagement rates, and content that wasn't generating the reach needed to build a meaningful community and increase newsletter sign-ups.
The goal was to turn LinkedIn into a reliable, compounding growth engine for both profiles simultaneously.

I stepped in as their LinkedIn Content Strategist and Copywriter to:
Build a Dual-Profile Content System
Developed and managed a daily content calendar running two profiles in parallel โ€” the company page and the founder's personal profile โ€” publishing 7 days a week.
Established a clear content split: the company page focuses on technical writing education and UX writing; the founder's profile targets professional writers and career development.
Develop a High-Performing Content Framework
Created a repeatable content formula anchored in four theme buckets: Identity & Validation, Value Proposition, Educational & Tactical, and Cross-Functional Dynamics.
Designed post formats built around share-trigger behavior.
Wrote all carousel copy, long-form captions, and CTAs.
Track, Review, and Iterate Monthly
Built a systematic 24, 48, and 48H+ performance tracking process capturing impressions, reactions, comments, reposts, saves, and sends per post.
Produced multi-period comparative analysis reports identifying what was working, what wasn't, and why โ€” turning data into clear strategic direction.
Ran monthly strategy reviews โ€” testing variations on content pillars, hook formulas, and post formats, then applying small tactical tweaks based on what each period's data revealed.
