Kajabi Website Migration & Redesign for Anchored Counseling

Ursta Web Solutions partnered with Anchored Counseling and its founder, Ecclesia, to create a fully modernized digital ecosystem that reflects the depth, heart, and mission of her work. Anchored Counseling previously operated on Squarespace, but needed a platform that could support courses, community interaction, digital products, and a seamless client experience. We migrated the entire website to Kajabi, rebuilt the brand’s online presence from the ground up, and developed a scalable infrastructure to support growth in both counseling services and mental-health education.

Ecclesia’s philosophy—rooted in advocacy, healing, and liberation—inspired the design direction and experience across the new platform. Anchored Counseling serves women, particularly Black women navigating trauma, identity, relationships, transitions, and the emotional weight of being “the strong one.” It was essential that the digital environment feel safe, affirming, warm, and community-centered.

We transitioned Anchored Counseling from Squarespace to Kajabi, preserving the brand’s identity while elevating the design with a more modern, therapeutic aesthetic. The site now communicates Ecclesia’s mission with clarity and emotional resonance—highlighting her expertise in trauma, self-esteem, sex-driven coping patterns, relationship complexities, and life transitions. The new web structure includes updated service pages, a streamlined booking pathway, and content that speaks to the lived experiences of her clients.

To expand her impact beyond 1:1 counseling, we developed the Stay Anchored Free Resources Course inside Kajabi. This course gives users access to practical tools, guided exercises, mindfulness strategies, and mental-health support rooted in research-based practices. Users can easily log in, browse workshops, and engage with content designed to strengthen emotional resilience and everyday well-being.

We built The Love & Liberation Room, a vibrant Kajabi community created specifically for Black women. This space fosters real conversations about love, sex, family, mental health, culture, identity, and healing. The community offers a safe, affirming environment where members can connect, grow, laugh, and support one another without judgment. The architecture includes channel organization, moderation settings, onboarding flows, and custom design.

To support Anchored Counseling’s expanding vision, we built a Kajabi-powered online store for digital products, workshops, and downloadable resources. The storefront is designed for clarity and conversion, allowing Ecclesia to scale her offerings beyond session-based services.
