Eneco

Started as a senior frontend developer, but within a few months took on the role of architect and lead developer of a new platform for scale and performance. The foundation for a range of websites and apps for the Eneco Group brands and countries. Had a great time steering and solving all kinds of challenges around developer experience, guidance, developing and organizing the building blocks, DevOps, project structure, documentation, and many many more. Getting the trust and space as the frontend tech lead to work on this, with some great colleagues, for more than two years allowed me to gain a lot of new knowledge and experience for which I am very grateful.
