PulseCare Reception is a WhatsApp-based reception platform built for a medical centre in Zimbabwe. It helps patients book, confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments through WhatsApp, while giving staff one shared workspace to manage every conversation.

I :designed and built the product end to end, including the shared inbox, AI assistant with staff handoff rules, appointment reminders, booking form, consent tracking, audit logs, role-based access, and safety controls. The platform handles administration only, with no medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, or emergency support.
