Bamboo Rose needed more booked meetings at NRF: the biggest retail trade show of the year.

Previous years relied on static booth assets with no pre-show content. The goal for 2025 was modest: move from 27 booked meetings to 30.
I built a three-part video strategy instead of a single deliverable:

Pre-show:

8 vertical testimonial clips plus two "Data Wrapped" recap videos, deployed on social in the weeks before the show to stay top of mind before the floor even opened.

On the floor:

A high-fidelity, silent booth loop — designed specifically to interrupt attention in a loud, distraction-heavy expo hall where sound doesn't work.

The close:

Trust-building content featuring key metrics and recognizable client names, built to convert stopped foot traffic into booked meetings.
Every single CTA pointed to one action: book a meeting at NRF.

Result:

43 meetings booked against a goal of 30 — a 59% increase year over year.
This was really more than a video: It was a deployment strategy with video as the engine.
