Bamboo Rose's paid social had hit a ceiling.

Their marketing team had relied on static creative — designed and produced internally — for paid LinkedIn ads. It wasn't converting at the ROI the business needed, and they had no internal capability to produce motion assets.
They needed a partner who could take existing concepts and turn them into something that would actually perform in-feed.

What I did:

Developed a set of motion ads — more conceptual and value-led than the static creative they replaced. Rather than guessing which approach would land, I A/B/C tested the new motion assets directly against the original static ads.
The motion asset with voiceover outperformed every other variant.

Result:

21% increase in click-through rate.
This wasn't about making something that looked better. It was about testing a hypothesis — that motion could move a metric static creative couldn't — and proving it with data.
