With a mission to empower the next generation of tech innovators, Indobot offers practical, industry-relevant courses designed to equip learners with hands-on skills and certifications needed in today’s digital world.

Project Overview

In the rapidly evolving digital era, indobot.co.id plays a crucial role as a technology education platform. However, its less intuitive navigation and outdated interface often make it difficult for users. With increasing digital access, a modern and responsive UI/UX design is essential. This revamp aims to enhance user engagement, conversion, and retention, making indobot.co.id more competitive in the technology education industry.

The Problem

Indobot’s old website presented several critical UX and visual design issues:
Outdated & Unprofessional Look Visuals felt outdated, with inconsistent layout, fonts, and color — hurting brand credibility at first glance.
Weak Call-to-Actions (CTAs) CTA buttons lacked visibility and clarity — small size, poor contrast, and awkward placement reduced conversions.
Poor Navigation & Content Scanning Confusing menu and cluttered card layout made it hard for users to find key info or understand value at a glance.

Key Decisions

Prioritizing Information Hierarchy – Restructuring content to ensure users can quickly find key details, making navigation more intuitive and improving overall clarity.
Enhancing Visual and Interactive Elements – Refining CTA buttons, testimonials, and partner logos to stand out effectively, improving user engagement and trust.
Implementing a Consistent Style Guide – Establishing standardized colors, typography, and UI elements to maintain a cohesive and professional brand identity.

The Process

Conducting Analysis & Benchmarking We evaluated the current website to identify areas for improvement, focusing on UI, UX, navigation, and content structure. Additionally, we conducted benchmarking by analyzing competitor's websites to identify industry best practices.
Creating Wireframes Based on our analysis, we developed wireframes to establish a clear and intuitive layout. These wireframes helped visualize the user journey, ensuring seamless navigation and an improved content hierarchy. We iterated on the wireframes based on feedback to refine the structure before moving to high-fidelity designs.
Developing a Style Guide To maintain a consistent and professional visual identity, we created a style guide defining colors and typography. This ensures uniformity across the website, strengthening brand perception while improving readability and accessibility.
Finalizing the Design With the wireframes and style guide in place, we crafted high-fidelity design that reflect a modern and polished aesthetic.
