Title: 12Zero — Payments That Never Fail

12Zero is a hybrid payment system built for India's 650M+ users on weak or zero connectivity. Unlike GPay or PhonePe, it works across 3 modes — Online, Cellular (USSD), and True Offline P2P via Bluetooth, QR, and NFC — switching automatically every 3 seconds with zero user action.

Every offline transaction is cryptographically signed using ECDSA, stored in a local SQLite ledger, and syncs on reconnect. Built with an ₹500 offline limit and full replay attack prevention — RBI compliant by design.

Currently in RBI Sandbox consideration. 18-week roadmap to campus pilot launch.
