The Client
Realigro is an international Real Estate portal with active operations in more than 20 countries.
They work as digital all-in-one place to list and advertise properties for agencies and private owners, as well as function like a digital mediator to connect people and agencies that want to purchase, rent or sale their properties.
Project Overview 🔎
The company contacted me for a series of short blog articles which had to be SEO optimized and to score high in their organic positioning.
I've worked autonomously, as well as collaborated with the management, cross-comparing data on traffic, keyword ranking, most searched topics, geographical IPs of the website visitors, scope of the targets' business model and other information to select the topics.
I've worked using Yoast, SemRush, Google Adwords and answer the public to optimize the content, as well as taken specific actions to enhance the images meta-data.
Challenges ⚔
The main challenge was to stick with a strategy that relied only on very short forms of articles (350-500 words).
This meant also that there was less space for re-adaptation of the sentences and a smaller margin to impact the domain authority and the google ranking.
It was also an initial phase where we would have tested how the short articles would have performed on specific markets, meaning for specific geographical segments of visitors.
Results 🏁
The written articles had top-scores on the SEO and writing scoring tools in use, as per the client's guidelines.
With about 35 written articles, traffic and quality of the leads improved, especially for 2-3 markets.
The production of the articles has led us to have more consistent data about the blog section and led to ideas and insights for other marketing operations, such as google ads campaigns and social media content planning.
