Peach & Vermilion is a Chennai-based handcrafted saree brand positioning “Limited Edition Wearable Art” against mass-produced fashion. The challenge: communicate exclusivity and craft quality, solve the blouse-pairing problem, and build a luxury positioning while keeping prices accessible (₹3-7K range).
