This is email automation that handles multiple email in a company. I use set node which clean up every incoming email. Upsert Lead node which create new emails updates the existing ones. Ai email triage node is the step where claude read each email and decide what to do with it , it is the brain of the workflow. Unified Email node is the meeting point where all the incoming messages join up before the main processing start. Every node is tested and working perfect it depends on the message that is coming in. All the slacks in the workflow is for alert when message send to it, it will alert the manager or HR depend on the message.

This is a customer support chatbot that help users to sell their products online.
User will chat with on your website.
It collect leads on your behalf gather detail in a google sheet.
It will even create meeting add to your Google calendar. It is useful for you as an individual, an entrepreneur, as somebody delivery services or product.
I use my niece boutique as a reference.
Tools:
Ai Agent, Ai chat model, memory, code tools, Google sheet and Google calendar.
Ai Agent: as Ai agent you it a task, it will use several tools at it's disposal to respond and act based on the system prompt.
Ai chat model: respond to all the chats.
Memory: you give your agent memory so that it can remember everything read understand and interpret it.
Code tool: It return the days of the week.It (http://week.It) gather information about people that are chatting even see them as potential buyers or not.
Google sheet: It record every sales.
Google calendar: You use Google calendar to book an appointment with your customers

A university wants Ai assistant admission support.
The school wants to move from the conventional paper based admission process like submission of admission letter, O'level qualification, state of origin certificate, JAMB result, birth certificate confirm payment, answer questions, remind admitted students about missing documents or deadlines, reach admitted students on email receive documents etc to AI automated admission support
Particular attention should be focused on the various departments O,level qualification scores as well as the JAMB cut off criteria for each department. Particular attention is to be on the age of candidates as those below 18 years are not qualified to be admitted. To get a successful AI response, the university admission support that AI will give to the university should be such that will help the admission process migrate from the stressful paper-based process to that of a seamless AI assistant automated process

2 Admission Decision (Staff Only).

In this place the staff will determine weather the student get the admission or not.
3 Admitted Student Document Upload.

This's all the admitted student document are uploaded and it will store in a google drive.
4 Payment Confirmation (Bursary Only).

This's where all the admitted student make their payment and is supervise by bursary only.
5 Daily Reminder Schedule.
This session has no URL because student are submitting any document to it. The work is to remind the student which their document is incomplete to complete or those that have not paid their acceptance fee the deadline.
