Next Step Hiring Solutions is a recruitment platform I built from scratch for the Pakistani job market, connecting job seekers with employers.
What I built:
Homepage with a bold hero section and bilingual (English/Urdu) messaging
Job search page with filters for position, location, gender, and salary
Job listings with Job ID, salary, timing, and a “View Full Details” page for each
A secure CV submission form with a privacy notice for candidates
A searchable Talent Pool where employers browse candidate profiles
An employer portal to post new jobs directly to the site
Built with WordPress and custom coding in CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

Aasan Nikkah Matrimonial Website Multi-Step Registration Form Redesign
The old registration form was a plain white page with basic fields and a weak progress indicator. I redesigned it into a branded dark-red page with a clean white form card, a clear 6-step progress bar, labeled fields, searchable dropdowns, and proper Pakistan phone-number fields.

Aasan Nikkah Website Profile Cards Redesign
The old profile cards showed a big photo in a slider, with member details squeezed into a small table, and some rows cut off. I redesigned it into horizontal cards, with the photo and details side by side. Each card now shows age, city, caste/sect, and education at a glance, with a clear red "View Profile" button. Member photos and names are blurred here for privacy.

Aasan Nikkah Website Profile Search Filter Fix & Redesign
The old search filter was a plain list of 8 default dropdowns, stacked one under another, with no search by Profile ID. I redesigned it into a modern red search panel with icons, a search box for Profile ID (like ANP1001), and all 8 filters arranged in a neat grid with Search and Reset buttons.
