Good Figma files make motion designers very happy :)
Not because the job is suddenly easy.
But because having the real UI, components and vectors means I can spend more time on motion and less time rebuilding things that already exist.
Your SaaS dashboard is not the video.
The video doesn’t need every tab, filter and setting.
It needs the few moments that make someone understand why the product matters.
That’s the difference I try to keep in mind when working on demos.
Really appreciate feedback like this.
Especially because good animation is only one part of a project.
Communication, feedback and keeping everything moving are just as important.
Thank you for the trust.
Probably one of my favorite parts of product animation.
The small details.
A button response.
A panel opening.
A number changing.
A small transition that immediately shows where to look next.
No one hires you for a single micro interaction.
But when there are many of these details, the whole product starts to feel better.
Not every product video needs to move fast. For this Selector video, a slower pace worked much better. The interface had enough information already, so the motion didn’t need to fight for attention.A little UI sound, simple transitions and enough time to actually see the product.
