Using Google Map 3D I was able to model the dock, site and buildings, and cut them into the real world site to help the client visualize what they'd see before anything was built real world!

A blend of traditional and Mid-century modern, the light stone and stucco help give it elegancy and the lighting giving it a calm vibe.

A Challenging one, mostly because of the Spanish tile roofing, but this came out great and the client loved it!
