This portfolio sample shows how I evaluate AI agents and automated workflows to find reliability problems, broken logic, and weak edge-case handling. I review whether the system completes the intended task, uses tools correctly, follows instructions, handles ambiguity, and produces an output that can actually be trusted. The work focuses on identifying failure points before they become real user problems, including incomplete task execution, incorrect assumptions, workflow dead ends, hallucinations, and verification gaps. This is a portfolio demonstration of my AI agent evaluation and red-teaming work. No confidential client information is included.

This portfolio sample shows how I evaluate AI-generated outputs across multiple formats, including text, images, audio, and video. I compare outputs using structured criteria such as instruction following, visual quality, motion and temporal consistency, audio quality, realism, and overall preference, then document the specific reasons one output performs better than another. The focus is on evidence-based evaluation rather than general impressions, with clear identification of artifacts, inconsistencies, and quality failures. This is a portfolio demonstration of my multimodal AI evaluation work. No confidential client information is included.

This portfolio sample shows how I review an AI assistant or automated workflow for reliability, clarity, and user experience. I look for issues such as inconsistent responses, weak fallback logic, confusing instructions, failed handoffs, unsupported claims, and poor edge-case handling, then turn those findings into practical recommendations. The goal is to make AI and automation more dependable before it creates problems for customers or staff. This is a portfolio demonstration of the QA and testing work I provide through QuietOps AI. No confidential client information is included.

This portfolio sample shows how I review a small business workflow to identify repetitive manual work and find practical opportunities for AI and automation. I mapped the original process, then redesigned it to reduce unnecessary admin through automated triage, drafting, record updates, follow-ups, and reminders while keeping human review where it matters. The goal is not to automate everything, but to simplify the parts of a workflow that waste time and create avoidable friction. This is a portfolio demonstration of the kind of workflow analysis and automation planning I provide through QuietOps AI. No confidential client information is included.
