This portfolio sample shows how I review a small business workflow to identify repetitive manual work and find practical opportunities for AI and automation. I mapped the original process, then redesigned it to reduce unnecessary admin through automated triage, drafting, record updates, follow-ups, and reminders while keeping human review where it matters.
