Who is Naeem Sagheer? š¤ Most people say: "Naeem, you did CCNA. Are you a network engineer?" "Naeem, you completed AI certificates. Are you an AI developer?" "Naeem, you completed Adobe certificates. Are you a graphic designer?" (And yes, I build websites too.) My answer? š¬š²š. šš»š± š»š¼. š I'm all of them, and none of them. Because the moment you call yourself only one thing, you stop yourself from becoming the next thing. Here's what I've learned from working across different fields: š¹ šš¼š»'š šÆš¼š šš¼ššæšš²š¹š³ š¶š»šš¼ š¼š»š² š¹š®šÆš²š¹. You are not your job title. You are what you can learn and build next. š¹ šš² š® š½šæš¼šÆš¹š²šŗ šš¼š¹šš²šæ. Tools change. Fields change. Solving real problems never goes out of style. š¹ š”š²šš²šæ ššš¼š½ š¹š²š®šæš»š¶š»š“. Learning isn't a phase. It's a part of life. š¹ ššµš®š¹š¹š²š»š“š² šš¼ššæšš²š¹š³. Growth starts when you try something you're not "supposed" to be good at yet. š š š¹š²š®šæš»š¶š»š“ š½šæš¼š¼š³ (š®š¹š¹ šš²šæš¶š³š¶š²š± š¼š» ššæš²š±š¹š): ā CCNA ā Google AI Professional Certificate ā Google Project Management Professional Certificate ā Adobe Graphic Designer Professional Certificate š Credly link in the first comment š Right now, I'm going deeper into AI and connecting it with everything I've learned so far. šŖšµš®š š¹š®šÆš²š¹ š±š¼ š½š²š¼š½š¹š² š½šš š¼š» šš¼š ššµš®š šš¼š'šš² š¼ššš“šæš¼šš»? Most people blame the AI. I don't. šš'š ššµš² š½šæš¼šŗš½š. š Here's what I've noticed: "make me a logo" gets you a bland result. Every single time. Same AI, same tool, but a better prompt gives a completely different output. So before I hit enter, I check 4 things: š š„š¼š¹š². Tell the AI who it is. "Act as a senior graphic designer" changes everything. š§© šš¼š»šš²š š. Who is it for? What's the situation? AI can't read your mind. šÆ š§š®ššø. One clear job. Not "do something about marketing." š šš¼šæšŗš®š. Length, tone, size, structure. Say how the answer should look. Vague in, vague out. Specific in, useful out. If your prompts still give you average results, send me a DM and let's refine them together. P.S. šŖšµš®š'š ššµš² šš¼šæšš š½šæš¼šŗš½š šš¼š'šš² š²šš²šæ ššæš¶ššš²š»? People keep saying "carousels are dead." I don't think so. šš¼šæš¶š»š“ š¼š»š²š š®šæš². š Here's what I've noticed: nobody has time to read. You get about 3 seconds before the scroll wins. So I design every carousel around 4 things: šļø šš²šš šš²š š, šŗš¼šæš² šš¶ššš®š¹š. Visuals do the talking, text only finishes the sentence. šŖ š šµš¼š¼šø ššµš®š šš½š®šæšøš š°ššæš¶š¼šš¶šš š¼šæ š³š²š®šæ. Make them need to know more. šØ š¦š¶šŗš½š¹š² š±š²šš¶š“š» šæšš¹š²š. 2 fonts, 3-4 colors, 1 idea per slide. š§ š ššš¼šæš š³š¹š¼š. Hook ā Tension ā Value ā CTA. Bullets, not paragraphs. And end with one clear command. No long explanation needed. If your carousels still look dead, send me a DM and let's bring them to life. Follow me Naeem Sagheer (https://www.linkedin.com/in/naeemsagheer/), for more design and LinkedIn tips. P.S. šŖšµš®š'š ššµš² š³š¶šæšš ššµš¶š»š“ šš¼š š±š¼ ššµš²š» š°šæš²š®šš¶š»š“ š® š°š®šæš¼ššš²š¹?
