Delight is ready for their next project!
Designed and deployed a secure, automated AI customer support workflow built in n8n using the Google Gemini API. The system parses customer inquiries, applies strict business compliance rules, and formats output as structured JSON to determine whether to resolve inquiries...
What if customer questions answered themselves? 🤖
In this quick demo, a customer asks about delivery. The workflow reads the enquiry, works out what it's about, and drafts a reply from approved business info. Your team just checks and sends.
Less repetitive typing, faster...
How an AI enquiry workflow works 👇
1️⃣ Customer sends a question
2️⃣ AI reads it and sorts it by topic
3️⃣ Routine question? It drafts a reply from approved info
4️⃣ Sensitive question? It hands it straight to a person
The AI never guesses, and your team stays in control.
AI shouldn't answer everything. 🛑
In this demo, a customer asks a sensitive question. The workflow doesn't guess. It flags it and hands it straight to a person.
Automation handles the routine questions. Your team handles the ones that matter.
Sample data demo.
