I'm Najeeb, a senior UI/UX and Product Designer with 3+ years of experience helping founders and growing businesses translate ambitious ideas into digital products that are simple, intentional, and built to perform.
My process is deliberately end-to-end: user research and strategy to understand the real problem, wireframing and information architecture to structure the solution, high-fidelity UI and interactive prototyping to bring it to life, and scalable design systems to keep it consistent as the product grows. A cinematic fantasy war built with AI — thousands of soldiers, dragons, ancient magic, and a kingdom on the edge of destruction.
For this Contra Challenge, I wanted to create something that feels like a scene from a fantasy film, with a story that unfolds through scale, atmosphere, and cinematic visuals.

DecisionOS — The Operating System for Organizational Intelligence
DecisionOS is a modern enterprise platform designed to help teams capture, analyse, approve, and remember every important business decision.
Instead of losing context across meetings, messages, and documents, teams can bring everything into one structured workspace—discussions, evidence, alternatives, risks, votes, approvals, and outcomes.
The working principle is simple: teams create a decision, add context and supporting evidence, compare possible options, identify risks, gather feedback, and complete a formal approval process. After the decision is made, DecisionOS tracks the result, records lessons learned, and preserves the full history for future teams.
The product was designed in Flowstep AI as a complete decision lifecycle experience, with AI-powered summaries, risk analysis, decision health, dependency mapping, voting, timelines, outcome reviews, and searchable organizational memory.
Think of it as GitHub for business decisions.

Legacy — A Digital Time Capsule for the Future
Legacy is an interactive digital time capsule that helps people preserve memories, stories, and messages for someone to receive in the future.
Users can create capsules for a child, partner, family member, or future self, then add letters, voice recordings, videos, photos, recipes, life advice, and milestones.
The core interaction is a visual timeline. Users drag memories onto future years and choose when they should unlock. For example:
“This letter will unlock in 9 years.”
Once a capsule is complete, the user selects a recipient, sets an unlock date, adds a trusted contact, previews the recipient experience, and seals it.
When the date arrives, the recipient verifies their identity and opens a guided story containing everything preserved for them—not just a folder of files.
The prototype was built in Flowstep and includes:

AI-assisted writing and transcription

Trusted contacts
Family archives

The design is warm, minimal, and editorial, using General Sans, Inter, and IBM Plex Mono with a restrained off-white and burnt-orange color system.
