I ran a recruitment lead-gen campaign for a Dubai travel & visa agency, targeting candidates in Tamil Nadu and Kerala who wanted to work across the UAE and GCC. Once I rebuilt the headlines and ad copy in Tamil and Malayalam (blended with English, not fully vernacular), cost per lead dropped over 60%. And the account went on to generate 842 qualified leads on a lean, 5-day-a-week budget. Localization isn't a "nice to have" in performance marketing.
